Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Nat by Natali Raz, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it easy.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of deodorant, makeup, perfume, or stains
- With all original tags attached
- In their original condition
Final Sale items cannot be returned. This includes:
- Bodysuits
- Accessories
- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email with your store credit.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll happily assist you, but exchanges are based on availability.
If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue store credit so you can choose another style you love.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for processing.
